- I am currently in search of an ambitious individual to join our growing team as an Acquisition Coordinator. We are a young real estate investment company with our primary focus on land. You will be responsible for managing our land acquisition process, which will include, but is not limited to: market research, phone conversations, property evaluations, data entry, and scheduling closings. - New Market Research/Acquisition Feasibility
- Lead Induction via Phone, Email, Written Notice
- Coordinating transactions from start to finish
- Confidence in communication
- Detail oriented with a great sense of urgency
- Preferred Real Estate experience but not necessary
- Ambition, Initiative and will to Learn
